Your boat is important to you. We get that!
That's why we provide personal service. We communicate with you during the entire process to ensure you get the best wheel in the colors you want for your boat.
You are Ordering a Customized Product
That's why we focus on communication so you get the custom wheel you want and we get it right the first time. Our goal is your satisfaction!
Because you are ordering a customized product, we have some very simple policies.
We value our relationships with our client's highly, so if you have a problem, please talk with us!
How and When do I pay?
We have a unique ordering process.
Our Quick-Ship Custom Wheels are easily purchased through Shopify.
Our Customized Wheels require more communication and details before placing your order.
- Download and complete the Custom Order Form
- Email the completed form to Captain Hunter at the address in the form.
- Talk with Captain Hunter by phone. (He may send you some photos by text for clarification.)
Then, we'll send an invoice by email with a link that you can easily pay online after we have all the details and we talk to you by phone.
We've found this process ensures that all of our customers are delighted with their custom wheel.
SHIPPING POLICY
All Custom Captain Hunter's Paracord Wrapped Steering Wheels ship for free (including Quick-Ship Wheels)!
If you order a Steering Wheel Cover along with a custom steering wheel, it also ships for free.
If you order a Captain Hunter's Custom Wheel Cover separately through Shopify, you will be charged a modest shipping fee.
Quick-Ship Wheels usually ship in 4-7 days.
Custom Paracord Wrapped Steering Wheels usually ship in 2-3 weeks depending on style of wheel finish, etc.
We will keep you in the loop on your wheel's progress every step of the way and we provide tracking information.
*Please note: If ordering a 3-Spoke wheel, you are responsible for selecting the correct size wheel nut. If you order your wheel with the incorrect size wheel nut, we can ship another, but there is a modest shipping fee.

RETURN POLICY
Custom wheels (including Quick-Ship Wheels) are custom. Each one is a unique hand-crafted product produced by the hands of a skilled veteran. Consequently, we do not offer returns unless there is a defect in materials.
If there is a defect in the materials and workmanship of the Gemlux stainless steel wheel, it should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty and return policy which you can find here.
